These terms apply when a business subscribes to Storeaux, an AI sales agent for online stores provided by Storeaux.
The service
Storeaux answers shoppers by voice and text, recommends products from your catalog, can look at fit through the shopper's camera when they allow it, and adds items to their cart. We set it up with you after you subscribe.
Price and billing
- A fixed fee of $10 per month, charged in advance.
- Usage at $0.17 per shopper minute, measured through the month and charged on the next invoice.
- Prices exclude taxes where they apply. We give at least 30 days' notice before changing prices for an existing subscription.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it; we may pause the agent if an invoice stays unpaid.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from your account page. The subscription ends at the end of the current billing month; usage up to then is invoiced. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
AI output
Storeaux is an AI system and can make mistakes, such as a wrong size suggestion or product detail. Shoppers are told they are talking to an AI. You remain responsible for your products, prices, and store policies.
Acceptable use
Use Storeaux only for your own store and lawful purposes. Don't use it to mislead shoppers, collect data they haven't agreed to share, or sell restricted goods.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
