Questions

How does billing work?

You pay $10 at the start of each month. Shopper minutes are counted through the month and added to the next invoice at $0.17 per minute, so you see one invoice a month.

What counts as a shopper minute?

A minute a shopper spends in a live conversation with your agent, by voice or with the camera. The rate covers everything the agent does in that minute.

What happens after I subscribe?

We call you within 12 hours to connect your Shopify store, load your catalog, and set up the agent's voice and style. You get a confirmation email straight away.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel from your account page at any time; the subscription stops at the end of the current month and you pay only for minutes already used.

Do shoppers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. The widget says it is an AI assistant, and the camera only turns on after the shopper taps it and allows it in the browser.
