Privacy policy

This policy explains what Storeaux ("we") collects when you use storeaux.com and the Storeaux agent, why, and your choices.

Store owners (our customers)

• Google sign-in: your name, email address, and Google account id, to create and secure your account.
• Billing: Stripe processes your payment details. We receive your Stripe customer id, plan, billing status, phone number, and billing address — never your card number.
• Email: we send account and billing emails (for example, your welcome email) through our email provider.
• Onboarding: notes from our setup call, used to configure your agent.

Shoppers who talk to a Storeaux agent

• Voice and text: what the shopper says or types is processed to answer them and to build their cart.
• Camera: only after the shopper turns it on and allows it in the browser. Video frames are used during the conversation to give fit and style advice.
• Photo try-on (when available): photos are taken only on request, kept for a short time to create the try-on images, then deleted. They are never used to train models.
• The store that runs the agent decides how its shopper data is used; we process it on the store's behalf.

How we use data

Only to run and improve the service you signed up for, to bill for it, and to contact you about it. We do not sell personal data or use store or shopper data to train AI models.

Service providers

Google Cloud (hosting, sign-in, database, AI models), Stripe (payments), and our email provider process data for us under their own security and privacy terms.

Keeping and deleting data

Account and billing records are kept while you are a customer and as long as tax law requires after that. Ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete your data.

Cookies

We use only what sign-in needs to keep you signed in, and store your sound preference in your browser. No advertising or tracking cookies.
